What care looks like
The routine.
Made visible.
Update
carefully.
Review the changes. Back up the site. Test relevant updates before release.
Update record + release checks
A way
back.
Keep copies away from the live site and check restores. Know what recovery depends on.
Backup inventory + restore notes
Check.
Then explain.
Check the agreed journeys, investigate monitoring alerts and report what needs attention.
Checks + open issues + next steps
Backup frequency, retention, monitoring, support hours and response targets are defined in your written plan.
A plan around
your website.
We review the platform, access and existing issues before recommending care.
Agreed together
Maintenance, reporting, support hours and any small-edit allowance.
Scoped separately
Existing recovery, major redesigns, new features and provider subscriptions.
Written down
Monthly fee, response targets, backup retention and handover terms.
Can you care for a site someone else built?
Often, yes. We first review the platform, extensions and available access. If anything prevents safe maintenance, we explain it before starting.
Do I have to move my hosting?
No. If your current hosting supports the agreed care routine, we can work with it. We explain any limits and discuss a move only when there is a clear reason.
What happens if an update causes a problem?
We investigate against the release checks and use the agreed rollback or recovery approach. The outcome and any remaining issue go into the record.
Is emergency support included?
The support hours, response targets and incident scope depend on your written plan. Monitoring does not imply round-the-clock human support.
What happens when I leave?
We agree the handover, supply the relevant records and return or remove access as appropriate. Your domain, content and accounts remain yours.
