Growth
The next stage, once your site is stable.
Speed, stores, tracking and search, measured against sales. We record where you start, change one thing at a time and show you what moved.

Where are sales leaking?
Pick the line that sounds most like your business. It takes you to the service that deals with it.
One term you’ll see. Core Web Vitals are Google’s measures of how quickly a page loads, how fast it responds to a tap and whether it jumps around while loading.
More than one fits? That’s common. We’ll help you pick the one to do first on an initial discussion.

Before we start
Stable first
Growth work only pays off on a site that stays up. Run these four checks. If one fails, fix that first, and we’ll tell you so on the call.
01
Backups: you have a recent one, and someone has restored it.
A backup nobody has tested is a hope, not a backup. Every change we make starts from one.
If not: Website care plans
02
Updates: your platform, theme and plugins are current.
Out-of-date software is the usual way in for attackers, and it makes speed fixes harder.
If not: Website care plans
03
Uptime: the site stays up, and you’d know if it went down.
If it goes down often, or customers tell you before you notice, sort that before anything else.
If not: Start at Rescue
04
Security: no warnings, spam pages or admin users you don’t recognise.
Traffic sent to a hacked site is money spent on someone else’s spam.
If not: Hacked site cleanup, from

How it works
How growth work runs
Five steps, in the same order every month. One change at a time, so you can see what each one did.
The person you talk to does the work. The same person runs your call, makes the changes and writes the report.
01
We record your baseline before we change anything.
Your starting numbers: sales or leads, visits, and page speed on phones, over an agreed period.
02
We agree what counts as a conversion.
A paid order, a booked call or a sent form. It’s written down, so we both measure the same thing.
03
We make one change at a time.
That way we can tell what moved the number. Each change starts from a backup and can be undone.
04
We compare like with like.
Same measure, same length of period. We note holidays, sales events and anything else that skews it.
05
We report, and you decide the next change.
You get the report in writing. We recommend what to try next; nothing starts until you agree.
What we need from you
Once you’ve agreed the fee, we’ll ask for these. Nothing more.
- An admin login for your site or store
- User access to Analytics, Ads or Search Console, if you have them
- Your sales or enquiry numbers for the baseline period
- One person who can approve each change
Never by email. Add us as a user in Google’s tools where you can, or share logins through your password manager or the one-time secure link we send you.
Proof, not promises
What you get in writing
Each month you receive a plain-language report. It reads the same way every time, so one month can be set beside the last.
Sample monthly report: contents
Baseline.
Your starting numbers, the period they cover and where they came from.
Conversion definition.
What counts as a sale or lead, as agreed with you, and how it’s tracked.
What we changed.
The one change this period, when it went live and how to undo it.
Like-for-like comparison.
The same measure over the same length of period, with anything unusual noted.
Next change.
What we recommend trying next and why. It only goes ahead once you agree.
Let’s talk about your website

FAQ
Growth questions, answered
Something not covered here? Ask it in the form and we'll answer it on the call.
How soon will I see results?
Honestly, it depends on the change and on how many visitors you have. A speed fix can be measured soon after it goes live; search work takes longer. Before we start, we agree the measure and a review date, then report against them.
Do you guarantee rankings or sales?
No. Google decides rankings and your customers decide sales, and nobody controls either. What we do promise is to measure honestly, explain each change and tell you plainly when something didn’t work.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay Google directly from your own account. Any management work and fee are agreed separately, and the account stays in your name.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most growth work happens on the site you already have. If your site can’t support what you want, we’ll say so on the call and explain the options before you spend anything.
Do you work with Shopify or WooCommerce?
We review your current platform and the payment methods it supports before recommending a route. The store plan, integrations and ongoing care are agreed around your setup.
Does M-Pesa work with my store?
It depends on your platform and payment provider. We check compatibility before recommending an integration, then agree the payment and order tests in the scope.
What if my site isn't stable yet?
Then we fix that first. Sending visitors to a site that breaks or has been hacked wastes your money. Start with Rescue or a care plan, and come back to growth once it’s steady.
What happens when ongoing work ends?
Your accounts, data and written reports stay with you. We agree the terms for ongoing work before it starts and document the handover when it ends.
How is the scope agreed?
We review your website and priorities, then confirm the scope, any fee and the next steps in writing before work starts.
