Why care matters
Start with the problem
Choose what sounds familiar. See how we can help.

Your next step / Rescue
A hacked, broken or blocklisted site needs a clear recovery plan. We find the cause and work through the fix.

Your next step / Care
Updates should keep your website healthy. We test changes before they reach your customers.

Your next step / Migration
Move your website with a plan for the files, domain and everyday things your customers rely on.

Your next step / Email
When quotes and order confirmations land in spam, we investigate what is getting in the way.

Your next step / Growth
Start with page speed and reliable tracking. Then see where visitors drop off and which marketing brings enquiries.

Your next step / Care
Your website still needs attention after launch. Give the updates, backups and small edits a regular home.
What we do
01 / Website care
Updates, backups, monitoring and small changes, within an agreed plan and a flat monthly fee. You get one team that answers for the site.
02 / Rescue and migration
Diagnosis, recovery and planned moves, followed by preventive care so the same problem does not return.
During an incident, you hear from us in this order
03 / Growth
Performance, landing pages, tracking and paid search, measured against the actions that matter to the business.
How it connects
Most website problems sit between two suppliers. We look after the whole path, so there is one team to call.
Talk to BearStackManaged hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates and business email.
Updates, backups, security, monitoring and the edits you need.
Page speed, forms, sign-in and checkout, tested after every change.
Tracking, landing pages, paid search and reports you can read.
How we work
From the first conversation to the final report, you know what we are doing, what it costs, and what comes next.
The process
Read the steps, then tell us where you need help.
Step 01
A short call or message. We ask what changed, who is affected and what matters most to the business this week.
A shared starting point
Step 02
We check the cause first. You get a written scope, a flat fee and what is not included before any work starts.
Scope and fee, in writing
Step 03
Changes go to staging first where the site allows it, with a rollback point. Afterwards we test sign-in, forms and checkout.
Changes checked before handover
Step 04
What we did, what we checked, what is still open, and the next step we recommend. Technical detail only where it helps you decide.
A record you can use
Let’s start with your website.
Case studies
Illustrative projects. Sample results.
38 → 96 mobile performance
A heavy mobile shop became a lighter, quicker one. We resized images, removed unused scripts and rebuilt the caching rules.
Kijani Home / Homeware / Fictional project
Mobile LCP
Sample figures: mobile performance 38 → 96; Largest Contentful Paint 4.8s → 1.7s. Replace with dated PageSpeed Insights reports for the same URL, device and test conditions. These are illustrative values, not measured BearStack results.
26 infected files → 0
Spam redirects were sending visitors elsewhere. A clean restore, a closed entry point and tested forms put the enquiry route back in place.
Baraka Journeys / Travel / Fictional project
Enquiry checks passed
Sample recovery: 26 infected files → 0; enquiry checks 0/5 → 5/5; recovery window 7h 42m. Replace with the incident timeline, scanner reports and form-delivery checks. This is a fictional project, not a verified recovery.
23 failed test orders → 2
Payments were leaving customers without an order. We fixed the callback flow, handled retries and checked the receipt at the end of every test.
Nuru Goods / Retail / Fictional project
Failed orders / 100 test checkouts
Sample comparison: 23 → 2 failed orders across two batches of 100 test checkouts. Replace with matched test logs, gateway callback checks and confirmation emails. This demonstrates a layout, not a client outcome.
FAQ
What to expect when we look after your website, from the first conversation to the work we hand back.
We acknowledge the impact, check the cause, and confirm the next step with the time of the next update. You do not need to change anything while we check.
WordPress and WooCommerce are most of what we look after, but we also work with other server-based platforms, hosting panels such as Plesk, cPanel and CloudPanel, and business email. Tell us what you run and we will say plainly whether it is a fit.
Moves go wrong when they are not planned. We inventory the site and mailboxes, take a backup, plan the DNS cutover, then test forms, sign-in, checkout and mail after the move.
Care plans are a flat monthly fee. Rescue, migration and growth work is a flat fee quoted after diagnosis, with the scope and exclusions written down before we start. We confirm the fee and currency with the scope.
Yes. We build and look after WooCommerce stores with M-Pesa and card checkout, along with shipping rules and stock.
You do. Domains, hosting, analytics and ad accounts stay in your name, and we work through access you can remove at any time.
A conversation comes first.
A website that needs care. A move that needs planning. A problem that needs a second pair of eyes.
Care. Rescue. Growth.
Tell us what’s happening.
Let’s find the next step.
One team, connected
Care, recovery and growth.
Handled together.
What happens next
We’ll explain the work before you commit to it.
A sentence or two is enough. We’ll reply with the next step and explain the scope before work starts.
